Podcast #2

Before I speak of this specific podcast, I have funny news. You can now find my podcasts on iTunes! That's right, go to the iTunes store and search for "from a whisper to a scream" and you'll find my podcast there and you can subscribe to it. Do I rock this joint or what?

Podcast #2 clocks in just over 7 minutes but I do go deeper on those items you requested more detail about from my 100 things list.

I'm still trying to get down the recording thing plus my microphone is el-cheapo so please forgive the occasional over modulation, especially with the letter "P".

brookem - depende on how you define "funny stuff" but definitely not in the sense that my wacky relatives meant it.

brookem - thanks, tell me your roommates name and some secrets about her so that I can give a shout out in the next podcast which hopefully she'll hear while sweating it up on the elliptical machines.

wow, I thought the seductive student licking lips and looking at crotcho regions only happened in pornos (err..not that I'd know)!

m - what is this "pornos" you speak of? Hey, it seems the whole CROTCHO lingo is really catching on!

Airam - to steal a phrase from Paris Hilton, "That's Hot!"

You have intro music!! This is awesome.

I have heard wonderful things about Michael Hutchence in concert. My husband got to see him when he lived in San Diego - I think it was during his last tour, too.

Cerrano? Serrano? Either way - totally sounds mafia. You were lucky.

Airam, I think that since you use that same podcast stuff that yours is in iTunes, too! You have that iTunes option on your page.

I wish coment boxes had spell checkers - my typo count is soaring!

Amanda - Thre's a free program called Audacity which offers lots of cool options for recording podcasts - I used that to add the intro music and I am glad that you like it.

Getting into iTunes did require an application process but it was simple and quick and described in detail on the mypodcast site.

Hey Chris!

If you use FIREFOX they do spell checks on comment boxes too!!! They underline the mis-spelled word in red ...

It's kinda neat!

Amanda ... do you think people would want my "BBQ Nipples" podcast on their IPod???

Chris said...

Airam - thanks for the tip with FireFox. I am utterly intrigued at the whole BBQ Nipple Podcast and wish to listen as soon as possible - now tell me how you little firecracker.

Your voice is like butter, it melts in my mouth. Now I can't wait to hear about "crotcho". You're such a badass man with your Easy Bake Oven™. That Michael Sorano had it coming to him. "Hey, this toy oven ought to do the trick".

Yes, sexual favors for a grade. I can't wait to hear this. (listening) Must we call her "Kim"? How about Gina instead? Do you suppose Kim is easy for me to locate?

"anything?" Man, you're a man of amazing willpower.

Can you please yourself with both hands? Now I've gone and said too much.

Egan - buttery vocal delivery is what I strive for, so thanks for the positivity.
When in a streetfight, which fortunately for me was not very many times, my philosophy was whatever is nearest is teh best weapon - of course it wasn't pretty the day the only thing I could find was a dirty pair of angel wings.
Gina is a good choice as well, I can do a re-record for you if that would make you happy.
Willpower wasn't involved because I was afraid at the time. It was a totally weird occurence.
Naughty boy!

Airam - Thanks! Here's item 101 for ya, I did college radio for 4+ years. I loved it but was too afraid I was too old to pursue radio as a career a that point.
